$35/hour — 2-hour minimum (average visit 3–4 hours)

• Wipe counters, appliances, and sinks

• Bathroom tidy: mirrors, counters, quick toilet wipe-down

🧼 Deep Clean / First-Time Service
For homes that need extra attention before starting a maintenance schedule.
$40/hour — minimum 4 hours
Includes all maintenance tasks plus:

• Baseboards, door frames, and switches

• Detailed kitchen and bathroom scrubbing

• Spot cleaning walls and cupboards

• Window sills (no interior windows)

✨ Deep cleans often take 4–6+ hours depending on home size and condition.
✨ Larger homes may require a multi-day clean.
✨ Perfect for move-ins, move-outs, or a seasonal refresh.

⌛️ Hourly Block Option (Lite / Partial Service)
Perfect for clients who want shorter, targeted visits — like a weekly refresh of
bathrooms, kitchen, or high-traffic floors.
$35/hour — 2-hour minimum 

• You choose the priority areas

• Designed for partial clean-ups or focused tasks — not a full-home service

➕ Optional Add-Ons (billed by time required)
These extras can be added to any visit if time allows, or quoted separately for larger tasks.

💵 Travel, Payment & Policies

• Travel fee may apply beyond 25 km from Gore Bay

• Payment accepted by e-Transfer, cash, or cheque

• Payment due upon completion of service
